How do you manage the employees to ensure the maximum effort is delivered to the customers? |

Our employees are highly paid, while still maintaining the quality of the people we hire. Also, we do have Team Managers in every shift to make sure that the work is getting done properly. The Team Managers report the daily shift reports to the Quality Analysis (QA) Department and they go through the work logs and create a weekly statistics that helps to improve our service quality. |
